Prepayment is required. Master Card and Visa are accepted, and purchase orders are acceptable from governmental and/or institutional bodies. For foreign orders, prepayment must be made with a money order or check drawn on a U.S. Bank and must be in U.S. Dollars. Call or write for further information on shipping costs.

Remember to include your street address as USPS will not deliver to an individual Post Office Box. Also, please include a daytime phone number. This will expedite shipment of your order in case of a problem.
Shipment is via USPS and in the continental U.S. only. Shipping/Handling costs are 20% of the retail order subtotal with a $10.00 minimum shipping/handling charge.
We expect that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us within 20 days of your order. (Unfortunately, study guides are non-returnable.)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to correct the problem. Please contact us by e-mail or toll-free at 1-800-843-4977, with information explaining what is wrong with the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization number. Simply return the item with the Return Authorization number prominently displayed on the packaging, and once the number has been verified, we will issue you a new item.
